The Innocents

The innocents the children and the like

Those whose thoughts have not taken a societal hike

They are whom we should emulate more

It’s nothing we could buy in any store

He promised if the children we emulate

We might get to enter Heaven’s gate

So then it is the little ones we must emulate

For He is our Creator

Our Father the Great Maker

And we must try never to disappoint the Heavenly Creator

So innocent we must become

For with it great wisdom

And Saints eventually then will we become

Amen
