Marriage is Forever

God did not give a divorce decree

In fact Jesus recommended celibacy

Yes Moses granted nullifications

But that’s because the people had no patience

The Pharisees in Jesus’ time were quick to react

But backed off when He explained fact

Man is to take a woman as his wife

Joined now as one is how they’ll live their life

What God has joined let man not undo

For man’s sake he must become wise too

Amen
