Death, Racism, and Immorality Displayed During Democratic National Convention

Chicago has been known for having the highest homicide rate. In 2017, the homicide rate was 653. The rate would fall in the years to follow. In 2021, 804 lives were lost. Then the numbers would decrease.

Sadly, the DNC saw 25 homicides on its first day. It wasn’t a bullet. Rather, it was medical equipment that would terminate the lives of those unborn lives while changing the lives of mothers forever.  All in thanks to Planned Parenthood wheeling out a van from St. Louis to do a free and unsafe procedure while attracting beta males to get a vasectomy.

Bishop Donald Hying took to Twitter to share that abortion, “has profoundly wounded our country, destroyed millions of lives, hardened so many hearts against the dignity of human life, poisoned our politics, and left us without a sustainable birth rate.”

To make matters worse, God was never on the platform for the DNC. The party that once helped push the Catholic vote and help the poor has now embraced ideologies that have gone against the Catholic Church. Unfortunately, Cardinal Cupich wasted an opportune moment to challenge the rhetoric of a political party that has abandoned God, the unborn, marriage, justice, and American values.

The Democrats have no agenda that is beneficial for all Americans. They don’t want to help America rebuild from recession, handling of COVID, protect children from predators, address the border, and help address inflation concerns. Instead, it is all about attacking the character of Trump and blaming him for things he didn’t do.

The Democratic Party continues to show us that they have no interest in helping the American way. They have said lie after lie.

Take, for example, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. In his speech, he talked about freedom.

“But when we Democrats talk about freedom, we mean the freedom to make a better life for yourself and the people that you love,” Walz said. “Freedom to make your own healthcare decisions and yeah, your kid’s freedom to go to school without worrying about being shot dead in the hall.”

Yet, Catholics never forgot how he handled the COVID lockdowns. He had a snitch line for those who were violating the regulations brought on by Czar Dr. Fauci. He coerced people into taking the controversial jab while claiming to “Trust the Science”.

Perhaps, Governor Walz needs a reminder of what freedom is.

“The more one does what is good, the freer one becomes,” the Catechism of the Catholic Church states. “There is no true freedom except in the service of what is good and just. The choice to disobey and do evil is an abuse of freedom and leads to ‘the slavery of sin.'”

Walz talks about freedom of choice and to do things they want to do, yet when it came to putting them into practice, he has fallen flat. Every choice has a consequence. No one chooses to die. Walz is for coercion, not freedom. His record says so from abortion, transgender ideologies, freedom to live life, and even practicing one’s faith.

The country doesn’t want a giggling feminist and a tyrannical czar. Rather, they need leadership that can get the job done and can have every American live free and to the fullest. More importantly, Americans want God back in their lives. The Democratic National Committee has abandoned America’s findings with rage, fear, and death.

America doesn’t need nice things. It needs results and bold leaders. It needs God.
