3 Anchors of Catholicism and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Are you looking for a new direction in life? God loves it. Are you stuck sitting in the same old pew at mass? Maybe you are not interested. Jesus is life and freedom, there is lots to do, regardless of age and infirmity. All you need to do is pray over it and maintain the three anchors of Catholicism: the cross, the rosary and the Eucharist. You’ll be led with the same if not better level of security than that same old seat you are sitting in. And here is what scripture says about it:
"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." Psalm 119: 105
"In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." Proverbs 3: 6.
"Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.’’
Isaiah 30: 21.
"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go
in there." Matthew 7: 13.
"Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye
shall find rest for your souls." Jeremiah 6: 16.
“They do not know the way of peace, and there is no justice in their tracks; they have made their paths crooked,
Whoever treads on them does not know peace.” Isaiah 59: 8.
“He has walled up my way so that I cannot pass, And He has put darkness on my paths.” Job 19: 8.
“Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God; Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.” Psalm 143: 10
“All the paths of the Lord are loving kindness and truth to those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.” Psalm 25: 10.
“Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring forth. Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the
wilderness, rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43: 19.
Yeah, just pray over it, pray the rosary, partake in the Holy Eucharistic and God will direct your paths for his purposes within the Body of Christ. Read one verse a day for ten days followed by an Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be, and be changed.
