He Came

He came and healed the sick

His removal of demons the Pharisees deemed a trick

Yes our Lord came and created commotion and strife

A line formed between believers and non and even between husband and wife

His role to start His Church and get followers

This Jesus did along with Christian partakers

We still follow His Teachings and Precepts today

As long as we each day sit down and pray

To God our Father thanking Him for

Everything you feel see taste touch and so much more

For this hope that comes from your prayer

Will lead you one day to Eternity up there

In Heaven with the Angels Saints and the Blessed Trinity

With joyous clamor and true felicity
