Kamala and Catholics Don’t Mix

Kamala and Abortion. She’s all for it. As vice president she led the Biden-Harris administration’s efforts to promote abortion. Though she apparently didn’t have time to head for the Border, she did have time to go on speaking tours to endorse the hateful cause of abortion. First there was Kamala’s “Fight for Our Freedoms College Tour” - now in 2024 we have the “Fight for Reproductive Freedoms” tour. This is a bus tour styled after those used during the Civil Rights movement taking it on the road to ensure that access to abortion is guaranteed and facilitated. (How can they be ‘reproductive’ freedoms when they are at cross purposes to reproduction ?)

          On the month long “Fight for Our Freedoms College Tour” she went to 14 different venues to ‘safeguard’ our Freedoms.  Now her 2024 campaign/tour has kicked off as a weeks-long, 50-stop journey billed as "reproductive freedom bus tour". So what priority does she give to abortion ? Well with these ‘Freedom’ tours she will have made more than 60 trips and given hundreds of speeches to bolster and ensure abortion. Contrast that to the number of trips she made to the Border - apparently just one. Mention this because Joe Biden appointed her as the Administrations’ emissary to address the crisis at the border. So you can tell where Kamala’s priorities lie.

          And then there is her mentor / partner Joe Biden. In the Administration’s 2025 budget plan they are calling for taxpayer-funded abortion nationwide and more funding for a program that funnels money to Planned Parenthood facilities. That budget would eliminate two amendments that are safeguards which prevent taxpayer-funded abortion. Biden has said: ”I happen to be a practicing Catholic. I’m not big on abortion. But guess what? Roe v. Wade got it right.” (Hint: The previous sentence contains 2 statements that are less than true.) So the Biden / Harris budget makes you as a taxpayer, a condoner and facilitator of abortion. Kamala has in word and deed gone along with Joe. Weighing the slaughter of innocents against political power, they choose to be politicians.

          During her tenure as Attorney General of California there was a case where a ProLife activist took videos which documented Planned Parenthood officials discussing prices for fetal tissue and body parts. It is illegal to sell fetal tissue and body parts. Harris was quick to bring charges against the activist which was proper. However she brought no charges against Planned Parenthood. Makes you wonder.

          Also it seems Kamala is all for free speech… as long as you say what she wants. Again as California’s attorney general, Harris co-sponsored and promoted the Reproductive FACT Act, which required pro-life pregnancy centers to post notices that provided information on where to obtain abortions. Pro-life pregnancy centers sued the attorney general’s office, arguing that the law violated their First Amendment rights. In 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the law violated the right to free speech because it ‘compelled speech’. There you have it; do what she doesn’t like and Kamala will do what she can to stop you. “Compelled speech”…what else will be compelled to do?

          And don’t expect any compassion from here running mate. As governor of Minnesota Tim Walz signed into law abortion legislation that is the most extreme in the country.
