2. Mind: Pick a habit that nurtures your mental well-being, such as reading a good book, writing in a gratitude journal, or learning something new.
3. Soul:  Focus on spiritual growth by committing to a daily habit of prayer, scripture reading, or attending daily Mass or adoration.

For each day you send in your check-off photo, you’ll earn an entry into the grand prize drawing for $300 cash—perfect for some extra Christmas cheer!

 Registration is simple and once you’re signed up, you’ll receive all the information you need to start on November 1st. Musts register by Oct. 31st

2. Choose Your Daily Habits

Think about what small, manageable habits you can commit to in each area: body, mind, and soul. Remember, it doesn’t have to be complicated! Start with habits that fit into your current routine but still challenge you to grow.

3. Track Your Progress

Each day, check off your habits in your journal or planner. Take a picture of your daily check-off and send it to us (either on private FB or private Whatzup ) this is how you’ll earn your entries for the $300 prize drawing!
