A Spiritual Wreathe for Advent
“O Israel” how precious You Are!
From the very beginning of human life God has called upon prophets and kings to elevate your presence to the world. “Hear then, O Jacob, my servant, Israel, whom I have chosen. Thus says the :prd who made you, your help, who formed you from the womb; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant, the darling whom I have chosen. I will pour out water upon the thirsty ground, and streams upon the dry land; I will pour out my spirit upon your offspring, and my blessing upon your descendants.” (Is 44: 1 - 3).
“For you are a people sacred to the Lord, your God; he has chosen you from all the nations on the face of the earth to be a people particularly his own. It was not because you are the largest of all nations that the Lord set his heart on you and chose you, for you are really the smallest of all nations. It was because the Lord loved you and because of his fidelity to the oath he had sworn to your fathers, that he brought you out with his strong hand from the place of slavery, and ransomed you from the hand of Pharaoh, king of Egypt. Understand, then, that the Lord, your God, is God indeed, the faithful God who keeps his merciful covenant down to the thousandth generation toward those who love him and keep his commandments, but who repays with destruction the person who hates him; he does not dally with such a one, but makes him personally pay for it. You shall therefore carefully observe the commandments, the statutes and the decrees which I enjoin on you today.” (Dt 7: 6 - 11).
Perhaps many will allude to the thinking that all of this was for the Israelites in that century when Moses brought them out of Egypt and marched towards the promised land. However, that is not totally correct. God chose Israel as his prized nation because of their acceptance of his generosity to keep them as his own, forever. Did they always listen to God? Do your children always follow what you set down as simple rules of a family?
The fighting that began October 7, 2023 and far too many Isralites were murdered especially babies by Hammas insurgents, and women were raped. All because Iran wants to destroy God’s favored nation and O how many are siding with the attacks upon God’s nation. Does anyone reading this think that God will not deal with this atrocity upon his chosen nation?
Read carefully Jeremiah, Zechariah, and Revelation. Digest these words regarding God’s City:
The days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah. (Jer 31: 31 - 32). Lo, a day shall come for the Lord when the spoils shall be divided in your midst, And I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem for battle: Then the Lord shall go forth and fight against those nations, fighting as on a day of battle.
(Zec 14: 1- 2, 3). Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered to fight against the one riding the horse against his army. He took me in spirit to a great, high mountain and showed me the holy city coming down out of heaven from God. (Rev, 19: 19; 21: 10).
Just some scripture verses that God is fulfilling his promise to Israel and will defeat the Jew’s enemies which includes Hammas, Iran, Russia, North Korea, and all others who want to destroy any semblance of God and his chosen city and race of people from the earth.
What we see right now, 2024 and not too far into the future of 2025 may become tragic on this planet through another World War and the battle of Aragedden: These were demonic spirits who performed signs. They went out to the kings of the whole world to assemble them for the battle on the great day of God the almighty. They then assembled the kings in the place that is named Armageddon. (Rev 16: 14, 16).
Israel must have our undivided attention and deep concern which is being put down by left-wing students who are calling for Israel's destruction and the Jewish students who are being ostracized. This cannot continue unless those who are against Jerusalem want to feel the wrath of Almighty God.
