Will the True Believer in Christ step forward
Have you ever wanted to unlock the Mysteries of God?
We can spend endless hours considering what God meant when he said this or that and the substance never becomes clear enough to understand, just become obedient since he knows what is best for us.
How often any one of us may hear through our heart the Holy Spirit’s voice especially at a time when the answer to a crisis confronts our decision to make a move that could be disastrous without his guidance? Most people call on God’s assistance when the world appears to be against our next move, and praying the rosary seems to alleviate the clouds of fear.
Relying on prayer is the best means of getting in touch with ourselves and the Spirit of God as the feeling of his presence inside of us comes alive in faith. The result of finding the Holy Spirit in the quest of seeking God’s help completely is accepting the role of holiness that is available to those who want it. From Deuteronomy we hear; “For you are a people sacred to the Lord, your God, who has chosen you from all the nations on the face of the earth to be a people peculiarly his own.” (Dt 14: 2). God will reveal himself to an individual according to their individual manners in life. This is the beginning of holiness that is found in all the saints who gave themselves for God. It is through the essence of one’s acceptance of their call and the willingness to follow through the patience of the Spirit’s pleasure.
When one reaches that level of holiness, it isn’t because of how many Masses we attend or the amount of rosaries we recite that makes us holy, It is found in the patience we have ,living and forgiving and generous lives. Holiness is who God is. “You must be holy for I am holy.” (1 Pet 1: 16). Holiness finds our capacity to become Christ-like by being real and relatable to others.
Once anyone reaches out to those who are not finding God’s love, the very blessedness they can exhibit is giving themselves over by humility and compassion for someone like Jesus did throughout the 3.5 years he walked the streets of Israel, healing and giving comfort to the poor.
This too is a sign of holiness, what you can give unselfishly to those who are in need.
Finding our way through the mysteries of God are not possible in most ways. However, the search for understanding his shrouded image will indeed bring us closer since the very essence of our creator is there for our pleasure in the praise we shall always have with him in eternity. Like a person who attempts to solve the most complicated crossword puzzle, many do not find the answers until they are printed the next day. So it will be with learning what all these hidden mysteries about God will come to be revealed. But as we also shall solve the closed windows of God, the real solution to our quest may not matter since being with him and all those who are destined for heaven will be our greatest reward.
The finite mind of man always seeks an answer to many questions and once he discovers the hidden puzzles he looks for the next hurdle to make it known how much of a sleuth he is. God is mysterious yet with all of that unknown portion of his deity we are still blessed to be part of a Love we cannot understand as to why he is ready to forgive man in spite of his constant rejection. That is the greatest mystery we have to accept. Look at the Cross on which Christ suffered, died, and rose victorious to carry our souls to heaven. That becomes the ultimate question we shall understand forever and forever.
