Our Genealogy

We all have our genealogy

We sometimes call it our family tree

If we were to search and get to the very beginning

We would find at the top presumably our parents Adam and Eve residing

Our Lord Jesus was also born fully human

And yet He was also born completely Divine

His genealogy short starting with His Immaculate Conception

And ending with His horrific crucifixion

Matthew lists Jesus’ genealogy but it’s based on only adoption

For Jesus truly was Joseph’s only adopted son

We however are all part of our Lords family

For He is the Creator of the universe and of all reality

So pray daily and offer your praise and glory

To our The Father Son and Holy Spirit the Blessed Trinity
