Do We Need a Vatican III to Address Marxism and Feminism?
True, the Word of God is infallible and unchanging:
Recall Isaiah 40:8-
The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
How can we show this? Easy! They can change their mind about doctrines and teachings and they often do!
So they can change their mind about what God's Word in the Bible means!!!
They might say, well they have changed their mind on things but it was because of spiritual growth and edification so it was positive. But that proves their interpretation is NOT unchanging or infallible AND just begs another question:
Jude 3:
Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.
The faith delivered to the saints cannot be changed. Protestants clearly are rejecting this faith because their beliefs are subject to change while remaining "Protestant" so that cannot be the faith handed down and delivered to the saints.
So this is the BIG ERROR of Protestants: Their faith can change because it is based on their own interpretation. The one true faith cannot change! The teachings of the Catholic Church are unchanged since the apostles.
