The Humble Sight
The shepherds found her
With Jesus the Lamb in the manger
So humble a sight
Mary Joseph and Jesus under the star light
The Son of God wrapped tightly
His mother wondrously happy
Soon He would be given His proper name
His mother knew it would bring a form of fame
That someday He would cause her great sorrow and joy
Yes from this newborn little Boy
Who is the Son of God Most High
Who would give His life so we would never die
Amen
