With Song and Verse

Every morning the sun arises

The dawn oft brings colorful surprises

The eve is when we begin our rest

As we watch the glorious sunset

Animals arise early each day

Foraging for seeds leaves flesh or hay

Birds flutter to and fro

Regardless of heat rain or snow

The mountain snow every spring

A torrent of water it will soon bring

Water for frogs for grass for man

And for the trees that too all follow listen and heed God’s plan

We as mortals have been made above all of this

We are higher than all the plants

animals and fish

We are made to use the earth and all it offers

We are made to love God and all our sisters and brothers

We are made to love Him fully and wholly

To do His Will and  obey Him completely

For He is the Creator of the whole universe

So daily must with glory praise God with song and verse
