To You I Offer

Psalm 47 begins with God mounts His Throne to shouts of joy

And thus we should clap and give praise and glory

We must and should sing to Him aloud with our voice

For You O Father are forever our choice

You Who made this great blue green earth

You Who created the entire universe

We have all we could ever need

If only and always to Your Will not ours do we heed

You Have given us Your Son as our Savior

His Spirit too to guide us and our behavior

You Reign Supreme over all nations alone

You our Father and Lord Who sit upon Your Holy Throne

All praise and glory to You now and forever

All my wants and desire for Your Will to do I now offer

Amen
