Do You Know How LOVED You Are?
THIS IS THE DAY!!!
Live this day! Live it well, for this may be the day--the Lord comes, or death comes--for we do not know the hour or the day! For example, a plane and helicopter crashed, floods, car accident, crime victims---you know: the unexpected can happen any hour of any day!
All of God's Word give instructions on how to live---Simpily---LIVE IN LOVE, for then God lives in you!
1 John 4 give very specific instructions for us in the first and second chapters. Then the last chapter address living in love, faith and trust, and hope!
So this day--everyday---Live in love, trusting--believing in God's love for you!!
Everyday is a new day: new life comes everyday: new life when we live in faith, love and trust! Otherwise we continue to live in a unhappy, crippled state of mind, body and living with no hope. So Live life and live it well, living in faith, and hope and in God's presence and love.
Death comes, we no not the hour or day--but today we can choose to DIE to self, die to the ways of the world, die to sinful habits and behaviour---for it will be these reason; death will come sooner than God had chosen for us. God wants us to prosper and be healthy--to live and to live well walking hand and hand with Him. You have been told ole man what to do CHOOSE LIFE OR CHOOSE DEATH.
Not all live long lives, some go home early to the Lord. Two of my children and two of my grandchildren ---went home early--but to be sped out of the midst of wickedness. Wisdom chapter 4 verse 13 "Having become perfect in a short while, their soul was pleasing unto the Lord and they were sped out of the midst of wickedness."
Live this day as if it is your last and be ready to go to Live with your God forever! Live people, live! No worry, no griping, no grumbling, complaining, moaning or groaning ---remember they went around the mountain for 40 years and did not enter into God's rest.
Born the youngest of nine children, raised VERY Catholic across the street from Immaculate Heart of Mary church and school—Mom and Dad led by example and word their FAITH in God and saw to it that I was given 12 years of Catholic Education. (Mount St. Mary’s Academy/1965)
But, most importantly, because of my parents’ spiritual renewal after attending Cursillo Weekends, I too went on a retreat at our beloved Subiaco Abbey in Arkansas and there, at age 20, gave my life totally, surrendering all to my Lord and best Friend. This was my “Pentecostal” event that left me, like all the early Christians, on fire with God’s love and forever changed.
My husband Robert and I have been married for 52 this year in a marriage arranged by God. We have 8 children, two in heaven, 24 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. The story of our life together can be found in a book titled “My Journey, My Cross-As the Journals End,” published by Westbow Press . Our life together has been one awesome up and down roller coaster ride which enriched my heart with so many of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I have found that the only way, Wisdom, Understanding, Words of Knowledge, Discernment, and Healing can be received is first by experiencing in your life the hurts of others. (and you yourself a sword will pierce)* so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.” Luke 2 v 35.
God has blessed me also many other talents and skills--but sometimes, blessings/gifts can and have caused problems or conflict in my life, as I am human and all too quickly that part of me shows up. Thank You God that You also show up!
