Man and Woman

Created was man in God’s own image

He was given rule over all on earth and did not have to forage

But the man soon became very lonely

For on the planet one human being only

So The Lord put the man to sleep

And from his rib created a suitable partner  from his slumber deep

Woman she was called she who was made from the man’s bone and his flesh

Together now would they physically emotionally and spiritually mesh

This was the beginning of our human race

Created by God in a most beautiful place

The most wonderful and spectacular garden

A bountiful piece of earth known as Eden

But soon the man and woman were banned from Eden because they had listened to evil

The man now called Adam and she Eve had gone the way of the Devil

They had let their egos direct their desire

And mortal sin was what did transpire

Banished was Adam and now all men to sweat and hard work

Eve and all women would endure painful and horrific child  birth

And the mark the effect of their great sin

Would on earth now forever remain

The mark that we must deal daily with is called concupiscence

To over come it we must focus and try not not sin or listen to nonsense

And most importantly we must trust in our Lord constantly

And pray to Him every single day
