You can run but you can't hide
Our sweet Gwenny is as pure as the snow. Her glistening blue eyes twinkle with the same bright light as her daddy Matthew, a trait my daughter Annie prayed for. Gwendolyn is another child of God. Sent from the Heavens to Earth to radiate God's love to us all. Her innocence is something I wish I could keep in a jar like a firefly in The Summer's night. All children are gifts from God. Made in His likeness, each one is different, each one bears the Holy magnificence of His great power.
She can be caught singing as she plays or reading a book. In her own sweet world she remains content. Every prayer said in Thanksgiving for this Sweet child is surely greeted with a smile from God. Oh! How I wish they would stay in this Holy state! All the dreams a child dreams, all the hopes that are rendered in their spotless souls are hope for us all.
"Let the children come to me", says Jesus. In that one statement alone, we realize the importance of the gifts God gives. In every child lies the key of example of the way we must all become, in order to enter Heaven.
With purity and innocence, oh Lord, we surrender our minds and our hearts and our souls to you. Tell us to come to you, as we are "your" beloved children.
God bless you Gwendolyn, all the days of your life!
