Jesus, grant me the grace to desire it
We cannot have a victory without a win. We cannot be happy until we rejoice. We cannot be thankful without surrendering.
Once again we will celebrate the greatest of all victories. The victory over evil, the victory over death, the victory that we have a God who really is our God. And who says who proves who He really is.
The Angels of the Heavens, our beloved Blessed Mother Mary and St joseph, along with all the Heavenly and earthly Saints rejoice with us! Because all the turmoil and wretchedness this world has to offer will never compare to the love and safety that lies within our God.
Our celebration on Sunday will not only be with the congregation at Church, our loved ones and all in the world who believe in God, will be celebrated in the Heavens also.
Praise be Our Redeemer. Praise be God in His Angels and in His Saints. Praise be God in His Evangelists and Prophets that have been proclaiming God as Messiah for hundreds of years!
This Sunday, as you stand there in Church, close your eyes and gaze at the Wonder and Splendor of a God so willing to sacrifice His only Son for such an unwilling creation. His suffering of a cruel Crucifixion, His steadfastness in His willingness to die such a wretched death, as an innocent man, has redeemed us and saved us from the unforgiveness the world offers us. From a world that seems hopeless.
Believing and honoring this God we call "Yahweh" is the only choice we have if we want to live in a Paradise that was purchased by His Precious Blood and where the streets are paved in gold.
Happy Easter!
