COVID causing dire need?
Smile! God loves you!
Though we may continually fall into sin, we still have an all-powerful God that loves us. Nothing we can do can stop Him from loving us. Indeed, we are not more powerful than God. He died to remove our sins, even those we are in the midst of. He is not going to cast us aside. Doing so, He would have to cast aside who He is.
The infinite cause of all being loves you and I so much that He was willing to become mortal and die for us. Surely, He does not love the sins that we commit. They hurt Him like we will never understand. But just like a parent smiles through the tears when a child who has just hurt their parent tries to make things better, so too does God enjoy our attempts to do likewise.
He cannot even stop loving even those who continually try to hurt Him. The Devil and demons are a great example of this. God did not stop loving them. No, He still loves them. If He were to stop loving them, they would cease to exist. God keeps everything and everyone in existence. He rejects no one, even those who reject Him.
God wants us to be cleansed from our sins. He wants us to love Him completely. He wants us to stop hurting Him with our sins. He wants to be in a loving relationship with us in such a way that we can only experience in Heaven. Please God, help us to strive towards a pure loving relationship with You!
