I Believe

Mary of Magdala came to the tomb

What she saw that Sunday an empty womb

For our Lord had lost His humanity

Now and forever more reborn pure Divinity

It took her talking to Him as a gardener

To realize before He’d gone He is her Savior

And not just her’s he came for everyone

And His reason to come now beginning not done

For His Church now begun in full

Started by He now Peter in control

The other ten now ready to proselytize

Time for them now to prophesize

Only a few at first could say amen

But soon the growth of His new religion

Christianity was finally here

With Him should you have no fear

Amen
