Divine Mercy

If you are truly sorry for your sinful action

Willing to forgive and offer compassion

Through the Sacrament of Reconciliation

Will you gain Divine Mercy upon your repentant decision

Though you will have penance to perform

The gift of absolution because you chose to reform

Has already cleansed your soul

Perform your penance with meaning true and full

For His Mercy is Divine and never ending

Provided we try to always avoid sinning

Striving always to do His Will

Our lives then always better still
