Brothers in Christ

Saint Philip and St James were brothers in a unique family

Together with ten others belonging to Jesus and all Heavenly

Today a feast for their remembrance

Enjoy and pray you too will one day obtain entrance

To Heaven where they now live eternally

With Angelic Hosts and the Blessed Trinity

Observe in their honor through the Gospels New Testament stories

How their lives became so memorable in just three short years

We have been given that option too

But for most of us we get many years not three or two

We have generally a  lifetime to listen and heed

Maybe we should ask what can we do Lord what from us do You need
