WHAT GOD DO YOU SERVE?

The First Commandment we all know is "I am the Lord your God, have no other god before me."
“I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. You shall not have other gods beside me."
Then Our Lord Jesus tells us--Luke 10:27 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind' and 'Love your neighbor as yourself."

Are we? Look around you, it seems that today, many dear folks, Christians included--are choosing to serve only one god. The SCREEN-- their I-pad, the television, their computer, or the worst must have--the cell phone! One of these screens is either in front of us, on in our hands over 75 percent of the hours we are awake.
Are you seeing these time spent as serving another god?
More importantly is the question-- are we choosing to serve the 'beast' described in Revelations chapter 13. This beast gives a 'voice' to the beast 'image' and you will have to have a chip, number, to buy and sell by the power of this 'beast'. It is supposed to be stamped on your hand. Now they are coming up with wrist 'screens' to help you do that. We now have robots of men, creatures, and machines and then of course--Alexus and automated phone calls that replace human contact.

Please reflect on this and pray for wisdom.
For, we have been told ole man what to do---choose life, or choose death. Spiritual death should be your greatest concern for yourself and all your loved ones whose example you are giving them!!
Even the movies and tv shows are speaking loudly the beast's messages. The devil wants all to fear, to hate and kill, to scheme and lie to get what you want in life. PLEASE pray about this and choose to spend the least amont of time with the screen. Use it for calling, to do business, and choose only shows that bring smiles, and joy and knowledge of doing good our lives. Please turn off the games that are addicting, the shows that promote evil!

Place yourself under and control of the power of God's Word and His Holy Spirit -so that God and only God speaks to you, guides you and gives you all you will need too prosper and live His plan and purpose for your life.

Choose to serve God with ALL your heart, mind and soul and to have only the TRUE GOD in front of you, to worship, adore, to praise and give thanks too and listen to only GOD's Inner Voice, so He can lead you on right paths as promised, in Psalm 23.

Born the youngest of nine children, raised VERY Catholic across the street from Immaculate Heart of Mary church and school—Mom and Dad led by example and word their FAITH in God and saw to it that I was given 12 years of Catholic Education. (Mount St. Mary’s Academy/1965)

But, most importantly, because of my parents’ spiritual renewal after attending Cursillo Weekends, I too went on a retreat at our beloved Subiaco Abbey in Arkansas and there, at age 20, gave my life totally, surrendering all to my Lord and best Friend. This was my “Pentecostal” event that left me, like all the early Christians, on fire with God’s love and forever changed.

My husband Robert and I have been married for 54 this year in a marriage arranged by God. We have 8 children, two in heaven, 24 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren. The story of our life together can be found in a book titled “My Journey, My Cross-As the Journals End,” published by Westbow Press . Our life together has been one awesome up and down roller coaster ride which enriched my heart with so many of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I have found that the only way, Wisdom, Understanding, Words of Knowledge, Discernment, and Healing can be received is first by experiencing in your life the hurts of others. (and you yourself a sword will pierce)^* so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.” Luke 2 v 35.

God has blessed me also many other talents and skills--but sometimes, blessings/gifts can and have caused problems or conflict in my life, as I am human and all too quickly that part of me shows up. Thank You God that You also show up!
