In all ways, always
My conversions are daily. At least, I mean, I am made aware of what I need to change in my life to convert my sin into salvation and to do so. Conversion, to me, is being made aware that something is wrong and with the grace of God, a soul turns to the Almighty, to see and correct that which is displeasing to Him. It can be that impatience one feels in the line of cars at a red light. It can be the temptation to bash someone's reputation that you just can't get along with. It might be that blind eye to a need or burden someone is caring when you know you have needs and burdens also. Forgetting oneself is Conversion. Concentrating and putting your soul, your heart, in the tender watchfulness and care of a Father who yearns for His children to comfort His sorrows from the evils that disgrace His Sacred Heart. I believe, He wants conversion from us all. Daily. Every moment He gives us breath.
We have a lot to work on. But in His tenderness and patience He waits for us. Never a truer friend and Father will we find. We are all in some sort of bondage in our lives. It could even be inherited from our past generation of relatives. The devil loves to bind. Jesus loves to unbind. Surrendering daily to the freedom from these bondages help us move forward in Truth and Love and Conversion. Bondage can be compared to addiction. Our souls have been conditioned by these habitual sins to make them keep recurring. Prayer and surrender to God helps us overcome these bondages. Daily conversion takes place when our prayers are constant and our desire to please only God reigns in our hearts.
Pray for conversion daily, as it is good medicine for our souls and for our salvation.
