The Lingering Guilt Associated with past Sins
More research Studies are being recommended for initial study findings
on the possible benefits of Thymoquinone (Nigella sativa)

One of the few countries that has grown up utilizing the gifts of Nature might have begun through a writing found in The Epistle of Barnabas. The Epistle of Barnabas (probably before the New Testament) was written between AD 70 and AD 135. It contains a Verse that quotes Jesus saying, “I made these herbs and berries for your food and medicine.”
Interestingly, the Foxglove flower is the main constituent that led to the development of the heart medicine Digitalis. Red Yeast Rice is how the Statin drugs were made, and some years ago, the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Companies fought to remove Red Yeast Rice from the Market, saying it is a drug that needed to be regulated. However, it was an herb long before it was synthesized and turned into a drug to treat high cholesterol. There are many such examples as well.
Many of us are now turning attention toward several of those natural alternatives. It has always been my preference, and why I studied and received Expert level status in the field of Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements.
An example, now being considered for recommending more studies because of its long-term use in some countries, and claims of its benefits. It has been studied in the treatment of cancer in dogs. It is one of several bioactive components found in higher utilization in fruits and vegetables. It is in a more significant concentration in an essential oil known as Black seed oil. The name of this compound found in Black seed oil is Nigella sativa. It has attracted attention from researchers due to its pharmacology perspectives, such as;
Prevention of cancer, antidiabetic and anti-obesity prevention from oxidative stress, and cardioprotective abilities. Moreover, Thymoquinone, as a phytochemical, also includes propagation, migration, and invasion protective abilities. In some countries, it has been used for centuries as it is said to suppress carcinogenesis activity. And to treat diseases such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, cough, inflammation, bronchitis, and to possess antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.
A word of Caution: Not all Black seed oil is independently tested to be free of unwanted ingredients, or to contain the necessary amount of pure thymoquinone in a therapeutic dose of 5% . It also comes in various forms, and capsules are preferable. Only with your doctor’s approval.
