Traveling Down Life's Road

     Everyday the majority of us are driving somewhere. Everyday all of us are 'going' forward--as time passes by and we travel on life's road. And, everyday in a  split second--boom---the unexpected happens!
    Coming back from a 50 mile trip to an another city--I was enjoying the scenery, and it hit me. "How many details was I missing as the 75 mile an hour speed---has me whizzing by too many of God's creations to think about what is really happening in all lives---starting from grass, trees and birds, insects and animals every day.
   The grass, feeling warmth and moisture grows but then hear comes animals that enjoy EATING it up! "Oh no," the grass if it could talk, might say.
     The Insects, the same. Busy with living and reproducing then ---snap a frog, a bird or another insect--takes their life.
The Birds---oh we love them but not once may think of what they have to do--- to reproduce, raise and protect their babies as they mature. Some eggs are stolen and eaten before hatching. Other babies may never fly too as disaster comes in birds of prey who love to raid a nest. Then how many birds too die after reaching maturiy and are able to  fly!   They have predators too, even being hit by a car. 
   All animals will face death, starvation, sickness and yes even be hunted down and killed by humans. Fish or water creatures, the same!
    All of creation from the first moment of life, face many trials, tribulation, sickness and eventually death.
As we travel too, if we miss something important like an exit, we have to reroute ourselves as we travel. However in life, there is no turn around, back up or rewinds! So, as we travel, let us be seeing all that is in the moment of everyday. Be alert, be prepared, be seeking God's Wisdom so that we KNOW God prepares the Way and leads us on the right path for His Name sake!! Do not travel in Life with out holding on to the HAND of the Man. Without God ---you are headed for disaster as every curve comes before you. We know not what is over the mountain, beyond the horizon or around the bend. So, SLOW DOWN, if you are living too FAST!
    Give God the steering wheel, let Him drive you safely everyday and even if 'accident' happens ---Trust in God with all your heart and lean not upon your understanding. "Why do things like all suffering, sickness and death happen?" "For a purpose and a reason why", and only God knows all the answers to all our questions. "How come, dear Lord" is quickly followed by ---"because I love you---trust in My will and plan for your life."
