There is a young man named Gabe Poirot, who has a YouTube podcast where he talks about his death experience. It especially caught my eye because the young man either was or is a skateboarder. Something that got initiated into my family from the likes of my wonderful son-in-law, Matthew. Who is a master at the art of riding a skateboard. My beloved friend, Shane, sent me this podcast, once again reaffirming that my friends are like gold, always knowing just what to send me or talk to me about. Thank you Shane. I watch podcasts on the Pope, the Catholic news or anything that would, in my opinion, would be worthy of a listen. This young man has caught my eye and my heart.
His story is intriguing! To say the least. He's a normal kid, a young adult, a son, a brother, a friend. He died.... From a terrible mishap while skateboarding. He met Jesus. Describing the event like none other that I've ever heard it described. His death, was so filled with joy and hope and love. You can actually feel the excitement of his description of this meeting between him and Jesus, shootout like arrows and it is quite exhilarating. I kept finding myself being transported to the imagery he described in the eyes and hair and even eyebrows of the picture he saw, face to face, with our Jesus. He was not on this earth anymore. He died. And like many testimonies, he said, he saw himself rising above his body and looking back and forth into reality and the heavens.
I'm asking everyone I see to please watch this, young man who is spreading the word of God. You will not regret hearing the tender words he speaks about the creation of "you". Something I don't think too many of us think about, but should. There's so many prayers to be prayed for intentions that seek an answer, but rarely do we ask God for help with ourselves or even "thank" God for creating "us".
His name is "Gabe Poirot". Look him up on YouTube. Please give him a listen. You'll be all the more better for it.
