Have You Ever Wondered about Mystics, Telepaths, or Psychic abilities?
Eileen Renders
The question posed regarding these abilities and people who may possess such skills has long been researched. For starters, a mystic refers to a state of deep spiritual understanding, often associated with meditation and inner reflection. Telepaths are people who have the ability to communicate thoughts or feelings directly from one’s mind to another without using words, expressions, or signals.
Adaption Solutions, a Research Institute, according to Dr. CK Bray (April 24) says, “For centuries, telepathy, the ability to transmit thoughts from one mind to another without speaking, has been dismissed as science fiction.” Yet Dr. Diane Hennacy Powell’s research on nonverbal autistic individuals has documented cases where subjects can accurately convey information without any conventional cues, raising profound questions about how the brain might process and transmit thoughts in ways we don’t yet fully understand.
Jeff Tarrant, Ph.D., BCN of PARAPSYCHOLOGY, offers a personal perspective on Science, Skepticism, and “The Telepathy Tapes.” And offers, “We should keep an open mind in the face of unexplained data.
His key points include;
~ Scientific inquiry should be defined by methodology, not believability
~ “The Telepathy Tapes” presents observations that warrant scientific attention.
~ Historical precedents show that anomalous abilities can lead to scientific breakthroughs.
Studying anomalous cognition may advance our understanding of consciousness.
Briefly, “The Telepathy Tapes” podcast investigates a controversial yet compelling area of inquiry: observational reports on non-speaking individuals with autism who appear to demonstrate telepathic abilities. As part of the project team, my primary role was to collect and analyze EEG data during these demonstrations. He goes on to say, “I have personally observed five nonspeaking autistic individuals consistently achieve near-perfect accuracy on telepathy-based tasks involving randomly selected words and numbers. In many instances, under testing conditions were specifically designed to significantly minimize the possibility of conscious or unconscious cueing.

A term introduced by F.W.H. Myers in 1882 to denote “the ability of one mind to impress or to be impressed by another mind otherwise than through the recognized channels of sense.”
It is stated that throughout many centuries, this has been studied and investigated. Much has also been written, such as “Phantasms of the Living”, the “Proceedings”, the “Annales des Psychiques”, and in the “Census of Hallucinations”
In all Conclusions, it is found to have been “proven” without explanation.
Personally, after reading on the topic and the studies, I have drawn my conclusion of explanation as follows;
A. Every individual who is deeply religious, and has spent most of their adult lives working toward a deeper relationship with God and has experienced conversations with our creator, including messages, all relay how these messages are received in the same way. They are unanimously said to be received through the mind and heart, and come through more swiftly than one could formulate a thought. And usually, something they did not know before the message occurred.
B. God, in His mercy and love, may very well compensate autistic children who are nonspeaking with the extraordinary way of conveying their thoughts and needs to a family member.
