Where Are You Going From Here?
What exactly is insight? Insight is an ability that exists among many of God’s people to recognize and understand many things that are usually not within our grasp, as we have no experience or learning in that realm. Most importantly, when we have been consistent in our effort to nurture a deeper relationship with Christ, He graces us with wisdom and knowledge about Him. In other words, just as He knows our every thought and motive, we begin to become gifted with understandings of what God desires for us to be, and how to serve Him.
God does not wish for us to bow down and continually praise Him, although we indeed should. He is humble and His ants our love and respect, our trust and our loyalty. That is nothing more than He, our Creator, gives to each of us.
For those who make God their focus and priority in each new day, we begin to feel that we are being led. We understand clearly what God desires from each of us and why. In my long life, I have learned that God wants each of His children to become disciples and serve Him. To serve Him in being His voice, assisting others, doing kind works, being an example of His humility, and His hands in serving others. God wants us, by our insight and willingness, to bring back His lost sheep that they might be spared the agony of rejection as we approach the Last Judgment.
Always, He wants us to know that we can never give to God more than He gives to us. And He so much desires to give to us, His people, His remnant.
We could never be wiser than to accept God’s open arms, to go to Him, and to appreciate His love and promises; however, we must be willing, patient, and consistent in our effort to know Him and to serve Him. He is patient with us and so giving of Himself.
Without wanting to make any of my writings about myself, I once again repeat, I have lived many years, and if not for God’s mercy, I might have lived a very short life. I have faced death more than once and been saved in the sweet comfort of God's love and mercy.
