Would you be willing to be a Martyr?

     That's a scary thought! Or is it? Yes, no one wants to stand in front of a firing squad or be tied to a stake and let on fire. How about getting nailed to a cross? Boy, those scenarios are food for thought. Not a constant , but something I believe everyone who loves Jesus, who loves God, should think about sometimes. An Honor and Grace of Love, if it should ever come to pass. Where we would be faced with the question and consequence for believing in God and willing to die for Him. Praying for graces of Joy in petition to God for this virtue is a good thing to include in our Rosaries, our Day prayers, our Morning prayers, in our Evening prayers. Anytime we should feel the desire to pray.  Included in some part of the day, so we can renew "our faithfulness,",  to a God who is "ultimately faithful " to us.

     I pray, that if ever faced with this moment, I will smile from the radiance within my heart for the Love I have for God and willingness to surrender all that I have and say, "Yes, God's will be done".
