The day that Christ Sacrificed himself for me:
Where will it end? The shootings, the Marxist adherents, and the complete divorce from God?
A rhetorical question that should open our minds to just what is happening in the world today where every report on the news tears at our hearts and presents fear at every moment when someone else is ostracized because of their Christian beliefs, physically beaten on account of a disagreement politically, or assassinated like Charlie Kirk for speaking out against the connection to Christ and righteousness.
Rhetoric no longer takes a first place level of “it could happen here!” It seems that the trap that lures the police to serve a warrant, as on Thursday, September 18, 2025, five more police officers were shot, and at this writing three are dead and the other two are fighting for their lives. It is a reminder over and over that the men and women who swear to protect the citizens are the first to respond and the first to be shot.
What has happened to our world where law and order has become a game like the days of Chicago in the 1920’s. Old Testament prophecies about Anarchy in the streets can be found in; “In those days there was no king in Israel; everyone did what he thought best.” (Jgs 17: 6); “When the Lord saw how great was man’s wickedness on earth, and how no desire that his heart conceived was ever anything but evil, he regretted that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was grieved.” (Gn 6: 5 - 6); “More tortuous than all else is the human heart, beyond remedy; who can understand it?” (Jer 17: 9).
From Romans; Let every person be subordinate to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except God, and those that exist have been established by God. Therefore; whoever resists authority opposes what God has appointed, and those who oppose it will bring judgment upon themselves. For rulers are not a cause of fear to good conduct, but to evil. Do you wish to have no fear of authority? Then do what is good and you will receive approval from it. But if you do evil, be afraid, for it does bear the sword without purpose; it is the servant of God to inflict wrath on the evildoer. Therefore, it is necessary to be subject not only because of the wrath but also because of conscience. (Rom 13: 1 - 5).
Because of the battle of Good against Evil that began in heaven between Lucifer the Archangel’s Pride and God, the sense of complete obedience to God has for a certain period moved away from eternity become the reason for Christ to use the Incarnation which would be the only way to destroy what Satan (Lucifer) has tried to fight God to no end.
The very Anarchist theme has filtered down to the 21st century between Christians, believers of God, and those who are waiting to be called home with Almighty God. The ones who do not believe in God or have decided to follow Satan and his evil ways are completely overwhelmed with hate, revenge against God, and all of them are going to end as the words from St. Paul to the Romans; becoming the destiny from the wrath of God.
