Blessings through the cracks

We all struggle sometimes. Life can be hard. We get in a car accident. We get sick. We get fired. We lose a loved one. Life is full of hardships; that is simply how it is. Yet, life is also just as full of blessings. Sometimes they are hard to see. There are times when you have to look through the cracks of the trouble in order to see the blessings. You got in a car accident, but insurance helped you get an even better car. You got sick, but that allowed you to give your body the rest that it needed. You got fired, which led you to find an even better job. You lost a loved one, which caused you to spend more time with your family members as you all grieve. There are blessings through the cracks; we must simply open our eyes to see them.
