Oh, how we have evolved
I am reading, "the Hours of the Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ", written by the seer, "Luisa Piccarreta". It is quite intense. It brings me back down to reality that God, in His Almighty Majesty, in all of His pain, yes, our God, willed upon Himself for Love of Us. Becoming human to teach us, to love us, to save us. It is true, no other act of Love will ever be greater than the act performed by Jesus Christ, our Lord, in His Most Holy Passion. God's Holy One and only Son. Jesus. From the very beginning of His earthly existence, He knew His purpose. The extreme that it would rise to was only known by God the Father, therefore, keeping Jesus human in all things but sin. From the moment Jesus kissed our dear Mother Mary goodbye before the Last supper, to the moment of His death, the teachings and purpose were multiplied a million times in the Soul of God. All the while, Jesus, feeling human emotions. Unless you've actually shed tears, in the hopes that someone you loved, would pull through, would understand your words of love for them, will we ever get a glimpse to the vast connection Jesus was trying to get across at His last moments on Earth to all of us. Begging and pleading with His tears, His hopes became swelling inside of Him to the point of blood seeping from His precious body. Fear that anyone lost, engulfed His soul, as if to die a thousand trillion times for each individual person. Sweet, Holy and bitter tears! Our Jesus loves us to a magnitude our mortal minds will never begin to fathom. We owe Our God everything! We owe Him our trust and perseverance, our reverence and adoration forever.
Oh Blessed tears of Jesus!, Make our hearts "cry with true tears of reparation". Soak our souls with sweetness as we offer each teardrop to Thee in Thanksgiving and Atonement, for what You did for each one of us. Oh! Holy Tears of Jesus, I love you. Help me to love you more.
