An Immense Desire to become one in the Hesed of God
If we reject Christ when times are Good what will happen during Traumatic times?
It becomes so easy to cheer and exalt when treasures of wealth and accolades seem to come our way. For most of us in a nation of prosperity, sharing much of that goodness from work and lots of faith, we rarely experience the disasters that many foreign nations put to the test.
Growing up we might have heard about starvation or ill-treatments by dictators in other countries and let that news just slip by without much concern. But as we matured and began to study the rights of free people that were being denied our teachers would in fact bring us up to date on these attacks on free people. History books announcing what happened perhaps years before didn’t make a lot of sense since we were never the result of the evils that many migrants escaped and migrated to the United States.
Some of the adults might have commented asking why God would allow such trauma in free-thinking nations where dictators like Stalin, Hitler, and many others decided the citizens already had too much prosperity going for themselves and made decisions to make them like puppets who would need to be controlled.
We can call this a Marxist philosophy which grew then and is on the doorstep of America right now, in 2025. Yes, an answer to the expose of the Socialist premise that Mamdani will enact as soon as he is elected as Mayor of New York City is a promise since he already is lying by saying he is a socialist Democrat. O Yeah!. Can anyone attest to that as being gospel?
The one problem many will run into is; where is the trust in Christ when problems ensue filtering down to human endeavors and forgetting that the Lord always considers our individual needs as an important essence of any proportion.
Because of modern advancements in medicine and technology with industrial concerns the trend towards spiritual efforts seems to have gotten lost in the faith-filled attribute of praying to God if even in a miniscule manner. The temptation to ignore the very essence of our Creator’s establishment towards the most simple everyday needs we tend to go to the textbook for advice. Using the centuries of established remedies to correct or establish the educated theories of intellectuals of the past is always good; but when it comes to seeking the advice of God we must not reject what is paramount with divine interference when the textbook advice stops short of God’s total solution.
It is here, in a society, that man has all but thrown his relentless forbearance for God away for only God knows what lies before us. We are in a mode of spiritual dryness and without Christ and his Passion for each of us we are doomed to an eternity of emptiness. We must change the attitudes of people who have become apostates in their lives and bring them back to God.
