The Sanctity of the priest
Albertus Magnus. We call him, Saint Albert the Great. We call him that because of his great knowledge and philosophy in Science. He introduced Aristotle's beliefs being foundational work in "logic", covering ethics, politics metaphysics and biology. Shaping the Western thought for groundwork for modern Science. So where does Saint Albert come in? He also saw so many methods alike to his own beliefs as Aristotle. He took it to another level though. His belief in the one true God was the difference. While Aristotle believed in God, St Albert the Great lived God. His mixture of knowledge and beliefs brought him to be a "doctor of the Church", having Pope Pius XII declaring him "patron Saint of natural scientists". He discovered Arsenic and the knowledge of what this drug can do has been used historically in medicine. He was a Dominican friar, philosopher, scientist, and Bishop. Our Beloved Mother Mary appeared to him, convincing him to enter Holy Orders.
So many Saints of "great" magnitude of talents. Let us call upon them all daily to help us and guide us. Today, in particular, our "great" friend, St Albert the Great.
