Let God save you

     When I ask God to inspire me to write, He allows me to write to myself. Granting me words for myself and not just the world. I am His student and He is the teacher. So I pray that the words that I write, will penetrate deep into my soul as well as yours. He tells me, "don't be afraid". If God is for us then who can be against us? You think times are hard now? Well we haven't seen nothing yet! Still, don't be afraid! Proclaim loud and clear that God is King. The Only King! Petty habitual sins tear our souls, piece by piece gradually. So that we are left but nothing of a shell where once was a beautiful soul. Renounce them daily. Momentarily. Regularly. They weaken the Spirit that lies within us. That truly is there but diminishes with every act of unkindness or lapse of thinking. It destroys our main purpose, which is to love God with all of our hearts and all of our minds and all of our souls. Yes, truly. The Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Oh God strengthen that Spirit. The Holy Spirit. He is God. The Third Person of the Triune. One and the same.      

   We claim to be Catholics, but we must also walk like Catholics and talk like Catholics and love like Catholics. Like Christian soldiers with the armor God has provided. Times are here. It's evident as our eyes behold these uncomprehensible tragedies. For the world is telling us the opposite of every teaching that Jesus taught. We must rise above the fog that the devil constantly tries to keep us in. We must not be afraid. For God stands before us always. 

     For every false prophet that ever was and who is today, there stands the great God of Heaven, to remove our blindness. But we must allow Him to do so. We must choose Him. Our Creator. Our King. Our purpose. Our God. Adoring and following The One and only God who always was and who always will be forever. It will only get harder and if we don't start now we can become lost in the dense forest of trees that blinds the light and where darkness encamps around us. Jesus is our Light. Look for Him everywhere. He is there. Let God save you. It is not too late. Don't listen to the false words that want to keep our minds in total confusion and lack in our efforts to obey God, the One that truly saved us. Stand up for what is right while still loving and praying for those who deny our merciful God. It will not be easy as the number of those, even our beloved relatives and friends are being led astray in vast numbers. Keep your prayers going with asking for discernment in all things. The Light always breaks through. 

     God sent Himself to save us from ourselves and to bring us back to the "Truth". The Truth that sets us free. Free from the chains of egotism, narcissism, gluttony, hate, and self-preservation. Do not think that God doesn't mean it when He says that we must become like "spun gold" before His Majesty. He is God. We are His people. His servants. We shame ourselves by denying Him this honor. But it is not too late. Rise every morning and proclaim that He is our God and then go and proclaim it to all people. Let Him free you and unite in the Army of God along with Saint Michael the Archangel and his heavenly warriors. Ask for the grace of forgiveness to a God who has been and still is being persecuted by our petty sins and disrespect. Do not be afraid, for truly He has saved us, and believe it when we pray, "Save us, Savior of the world, for by your Cross and Resurrection, you have set us free!
