A Child is born we would like to say; Abortions have taken that away from God

For those who use the words of the Commandments God gave to Moses as just another set of rules made for a few are not their criterion in modern society.  “Hm,” we like to imagine that this has been around for centuries; as it has.  Moloch (sometimes spelled Molech) a Canaanite deity associated with child sacrifice and fire, was very formidable and became one prohibition from God that the Israelites were prone to follow when they turned away from God and chose false deities.

From Leviticus we read God was very stern in condemning child sacrifice, “You shall not offer any of your offspring to be immolated to Molech, thus profaning the name of your God.  I am the Lord.”  (Lv 18: 21).

Most God-fearing people of today would have walked away from incidents like that.  It just isn’t fashionable in today’s society.  Really?  A recent survey by the Guttmacher Institute released data in 2024 showing 1,038,100 clinician-provided abortions in the United States.

What type of reasoning did all of these willing mothers use to follow the same scenario for sacrifice as those parents used to offer their children to Molech?

Of course I along with many other authors have sent articles for publishing as a warning, and a very harsh opinion of what has occurred in our modern society that far outreached any numbers that the Israelites fell into.  Why?  Because the prime deity that we must return to is Almighty God.  If the Israelites would have been close to the God that Moses brought his presence to them perhaps they would have relented and saved their very offspring; their gifts from God-their tiny babies.  

Did I just elaborate on by saying God-fearing people would have walked away from incidents like that?  Right!  Where did all the God-fearing people, Church attendees, and right to life promoters go?  This is where the soldiers for Christ need to be; prayer sessions, people standing up to abortion clinics, and bombarding their elected congress representatives in Harrisburg and Washington, D.C.

Let me just say one more time; If Socialism takes over in our local governments, like New York City and Seattle Washington, and who knows how many more, abortions will continue to be one more edict that will find no reduction and countries like America will follow the same path of Israel with false leaders and gods that are just evil trash dumps.

Advent is a good starting point to remember that Christ came to forgive sinners.  We must also pray for our support for what this Christmas was meant to give to us and God’s Son who still loves even the abortionists and confused mothers who are sacrificing their babies.
