The True Cost of the SuperBowl
Just four days since the horrific deaths of Rob Reiner and his wife, I saw Being Charlie, a 2015 quasi autobiographical effort of Rob & the son now accused of killing him:
Charlie is a troubled addict who has been in and out of rehab for years....
In the [newest] program, Charlie meets Eva, who becomes an enabler of his drug problems [Scenes of the actors sexually acting out should quickly disabuse viewers of any notions of this film having spiritual merit.]....
The next day [after being elected governor of California], David looks for Charlie. They make peace, and Charlie plans to head out into the world, pursuing standup comedy [Wikipedia].
Looking back, it is tragically apparent that neither Rob nor Nick Reiner found the "success" that they imagined for their fictional counterparts. They did [and still do] need Divine healing.
