                                    A KING IS BORN

                          Happy Birthday, Baby Jesus

                         Your birth is so precious.

                          And it is a gift of salvation.

                          Your death on that huge Cross

                          Was to save us, and ensure that our lives

                          do not have to become a loss

                          It is true, I can feel Your presence every day,

                         As Your love blesses me with the wisdom of how

                         to accomplish the essence of your way.

                         I have set my feet to follow You,

                        And I can feel a love, of which I never knew

                        You have given us the gift of rebirth,

                        Whether in heaven or here on Earth,

                        Lord, You have offered us the love and joy

                        That has defined our sense of worth  

                        Dear God, please come near as I pray,

                        In my heart, I beg of you, come and stay!
