Conversion
Jesus Himself says, " where two or three should gather, in My Name, I myself will be in the midst of them ". Just think how many times He stands before us. Right beside us. At Church, when we say the Rosary with our families or friends, in the hospital room gathered around the hospital bed praying when someone is sick or hurt. In School, where Jesus is taught about freely. No matter the place or time, where two or three are gathered in His Name, He is there also. How beautiful! How wonderful! We don't have to wait to see Him because He stands before us in the hearts and faces of those who pray with us. For it is in His Sacred Name that we are gathered.
That Name. That Holy and Sacred Name. Jesus. Just as powerful in thought as it is in speaking. We welcome Him in song or prayer. Our voices in unison rising to the Heavenly Throne of God. Where He sees His Holy Son walk amongst us again. Just as He did in His earthly life. I think that makes God so happy. Letting Him see us rejoicing together instead of fighting, singing instead of cursing, praising instead of yelling, loving instead of hating.
We have so many opportunities to have our Jesus in our midst. Bible studies, mass, prayer, singing, walking, running, sitting, standing. What a wonderful Father we have!
The next time your clan is gathered around your supper table for a meal, look around at those faces. As they fold their hands in prayerful thanks for that food. You just might see Jesus sitting there amidst the seating arrangements. Bowing His head along with all who are thankful for the blessings of food and togetherness.
