Protect us good St Joseph

     We have another great force in the protection of family and against evil. He's forgotten a lot in the asking of his protection because of his silence in the Bible. In his humility of being a servant to God. It is good St Joseph. 

     St Joseph was chosen by God just like our Virgin Mother Mary. A great role he took up as being caregiver and provider and protector of the Holy Family. He is quite powerful in his guardianship now to all families. His example of a father and husband are exemplary of what a true servant of God should be. Especially, as husband and father. He loved his wife Mary and his foster son Jesus in ultimate Surrender. Do not doubt the chastity of this man/Saint ,as he respected Mary in all aspects. His symbolic lilies that he holds was the sign from God that he was the chosen one. 

     St Joseph met with heavy trials in his decision to be protector of his wife and Jesus. The frustration and disappointment and worry alone finding a place for Mary to birth the baby Jesus was met with stress as he was to be led by a donkey and dreams. Trusting in God was vital, so he did. What an excellent example of Faith. 

     Pray to Saint Joseph in your daily prayers and never forget that the Holy Family consists of three people. Jesus, Mary, and good St Joseph.
