Drop Your Net

Jesus told them to drop the net

What a catch did they get

Then He told them to drop all

Follow Me was the call

To follow and be with Jesus

We must to drop our net without fuss

It will be hard be prepared

Oh and yes you may be scared

The end game though is worth it truly

Provided you endure your crosses daily

Endurance counts so rise and pray before dawn

And bless all and pray before sleep comes on

Realize that the nets you dropped

Have caused a special door to be propped

The door to God’s Heavenly Kingdom

Where you’ll gain eternal love joy and wisdom
