Blindness

Sometimes we are so dirty

Bathing fails just miserably

We just can’t see through the crud

That keeps us wallowing in the mud

It is the darkness of sin that keeps us blind

Causes us to hang with the wrong kind

It is in confessing we can get healed

Provided you avoid your old guild

Those who have turned their back on the Lord

Those who blaspheme and mock the Word

Remember all of us have been lovingly chosen

Provided we strive to live and act as God’s Beloved Son

Avoid the hooks of blindness

By keeping the faith and following Him always

Spend your free time wisely not just with toys

Avoid the lost crowds filled with the devil’s decoys

Choose Jesus and blind you’ll no longer be

For He loves you so very dearly
