GETTING TO KNOW HIM by Eileen Renders

Jesus, I am so happy when you speak to my heart,

I pray, that from you, I will never have to part.

You saved me when no one else had the power,

And you came to me in my last hour.

I love you, I am grateful, and forever will trust in thee.

And this, I want all to understand, and to see.

You have empowered me, and set me free.

The Evil One has lost his power forever, over me.

Jesus desires that all His creatures hear these words and know,

You belong to Him also, and He will never let you go.

Just call his name, and pray for the grace of loyalty and trust,

These two requests from Jesus are a must!

You will surely feel His grace through His presence when He enters your heart’s door,

And your heart will surely know, this is where you belong forever more!
