The difference between choosing and succumbing

     When one chooses something, it comes from free will. Succumbing only comes from when that Free Will has been ignored or one has chosen the wrong way. Many lessons are taught in both explicitives. The lesson learned can come easily, with surrender. Or it can be quite hard, when the fight for control is not heeded. Nothing, and I mean nothing, goes without His say so. God is the ultimate controller. All of His judgments are just, even though, we as humans, His students, don't think so. 

     Choosing to do good or something that would be good for our Souls is the best way to go. When we have to finally succumb, it might become a long and arduous journey. We are fighting with God, and we all know who will always win. Our stubborn Pride is just that. We can't, or won't admit that maybe, just maybe, our way is not the right way. We must sometimes go through great tragedies or trauma to make us see the light in this lesson. Because remember, all things are lessons and we will be students forever and then hopefully, prodigies of our great Teacher, our Lord. The Lord God Himself. Who is all knowing, all merciful, all teaching and all loving. 

     So quit waiting around. Do what is right. Do not let your struggles end up in succumbing. You miss the joy that is there and so much greater when you choose first..
