Kicking SDAism in the Butt, a Great Different Way | Days of Creation as the Ages of the World!

THE TWO SABBATHS OF HUMAN HISTORY

Consider the astounding material that I have contemplated from a long time ago and am trying to put into my book which is coming to completion, in which unbelievable profundity exists in the days of creation as images of the ages of the world.

THE DAYS OF CREATION AS IMAGE OF HUMAN HISTORY

The pattern fits perfectly because salvation history quite honestly follows the pattern of great alternation between general darkness and then a greater phase of redemption or light spiritually. Not perfectly, but overall this is true.

THE GREAT ALTERNATION BETWEEN DARKNESS AND LIGHT, SIN AND REDEMPTION

One can see this when they look at the ages as laid out by tradition which we will see in a minute and later on. And this pattern is just like a day of creation. First evening then morning per day, which is to say first darkness then light. This succession continues from 1 to 7 but it does not come to an end until the 8th day when Christ rises from the dead to usher in the ultimate Sabbath or the second Sabbath which is the 8th day eternity in the new creation.

AMILLENNIALISM VERSUS CHILIASM WITH A LITTLE PINCH OF SYMBOLISM

The connotation is that when we take into consideration the fully approved private Revelations that speak of what is now upon us, there really will be eight total ages of redemption in human history and not merely seven as with the earlier tendency of amillennialism.

Of course this cannot be chiliasm as it is called because that is condemned by the church, but what we can do is sprinkle a little bit of allegory or symbolism into the so-called millennium and turn it into the beautiful age of peace that is most likely coming from our Lady of Fatima after a possible epic chastisement in which perhaps entire nations shall be annihilated.

I can work it out below in summary but there's a much larger article on my website of my book in the making if you wish to see it. It can really give a profound answer to the seventh day Adventists than simply using the regular argumentation.

Here we go if you want to consider this. I know it's long but I think you will find it's quite fascinating if you can stick with it...

TRADITION IN THE AGES OF THE WORLD: AUGUSTINE VS METHODIUS OF OLYMPUS

According to some tradition especially St Augustine and Methodius of Olympus, the days of creation are ultimately an image of the epochs of the recreation of humanity which is its renewal or the ages of the redemption of human history.

Augustine of course gives an amillennial interpretation of the days of creation because he explains away the 8th day for the day of Christ's Resurrection, as though the 7th were the ultimate eternity.

But another father, St Methodius of Olympus seems to be a chiliast and therefore is rejected somehow.

Both Augustine and Saint Methodius, say that five are the ages of the Old law. Both Augustine and Methodius assign the church age to the 6th age or sixth day.

Again, Saint Augustine says that the seventh is eternity and the 8th is just a figure of speech.

St Methodius seems to be a chiliast because he says that the 7th is the millennium of rest and then the eighth is eternity.

THE WAYS OF THE SAINT AND THEIR NATURE IN AUGUSTINE'S TIME AND NOW

The problem is, that in Augustine's day, the way of the saint indeed had three ways but there were only two great darknesses instead of three. This was because in Augustine's day there was first dark night of the senses. And at the very end was martyrdom.

In between was simply an effective even mixture of illumination and Union.

This then surely espouses the a millennial interpretation because in the view of the church there are really only two great phases of darkness and not three. Pagan Rome or The dark night of the senses in the beginning and then the Antichrist or martyrdom at the end, with a mixture of wheat and tares between. But now some 1500 years later, the church has a renewed and deeper understanding of the ways of the saint.

Here there is a purgative dark night of the senses...

Then a primary illuminative way that contains some minor elements of purification and some minor elements of Union, and indeed consolations and desolations, but it is not ultimately an even mixture of illumination in Union. Rather the desolations of the illuminative way culminate not with martyrdom but with the dark night of the soul. After the dark night of the soul there is vindication and pure Union with minor elements of illumination but with really no purification.

In the unitive way, the saint walks almost perfectly with God and every step is in Union God.

Then after this glorious and wonderful light, the saint is martyred in the final darkness and then crosses the next stage, which is heaven.

THE MODERN UNDERSTANDING OF THE WAYS CAN MOVE BEYOND AUGUSTINE AND SHOW THE SECOND SABBATH

This interpretation can then dethrone Augustine and Usher in Saint Methodius if we give in a little bit of allegory to the millennium of rest.

THE WAYS OF THE SAINT LIVED WITHOUT APOCALYPTICALLY BY THE CHURCH AND GENTILES

In this view, the purgative dark night of the senses is pagan Rome, the illuminative way is the sixth light of human history where The Church illumines the world with the dogmas and morals of the church, and she must labor to spread out the gospel against heretics and schismatics and infidels etc. It is not a time of rest but labor just as the Christ sends out five sets of laborers in the parable.

The desolations get terrible and descend into the dark night of the soul. Protestantism was a terrible disturbance of the supernatural order while still retaining the supernatural order of Christianity.

Then between roughly 1700 and 1900, we enter the phase of Supernatural death and reason only or solo ratio the child of sola scriptura. ( And I will kill her children with death says the Christ of Jezebel in Apocalypse.)

In this age to begin with religion no longer has a supernatural component but has died and become merely natural namely with things like deism and rationalism, Deists do not believe in Supernatural intervention, and rationalists do not believe in divine revelation, the deists think that we can keep the moral law and save ourselves without God's help. The rationalists believe that we can find all religious truth without Revelation from God. Jesus said with man it is impossible but with God all things are possible. Therefore these religious entities being supernaturally dead do not have salvific qualities.

Later from things like this so-called enlightenment and the French Revolution and the myriads of ideologies and philosophies that tried to solve the human problems merely with reason divorced from God even, this was like the Twilight of human history of the church and then the ultimate darkness is coming the 20th century with the total lies of atheistic materialism in the East and then relativistic materialism in the West. These ideologies and thinking are completely dark and form the 7th great night of human history, The dark night of the soul for the church, when the sixth day of Labor has been completed and it is now the darkness, the time for the laborers to retire and wait for the sun to rise in the rest. The dark night of the soul.

Countless approved mystics are telling us this is not the end of the world but that we are about to go through a chastisement that will be like it, and when it is through there will be a mass reversion to the Catholic church and societies that never knew the gospel will mostly come into the church like China and India.

THE AGE OF PEACE, THE SEVENTH-DAY SABBATH, THE REIGN OF THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY

 
Then the blessed Virgin Mary and the sacred heart of Jesus will reign in the hearts of men for a great era of peace ultimately which comes from the Fatima and other approved Revelations.

This great light of the seventh day is the seventh day rest the millennium of rest the unitive way of the gentiles and the church, and like Augustine, it is figurative, there is not a literal return of Jesus Christ or a literal resurrection of people etc. but it is a great resurrection of faith and it is a true reign of Christ in the world that is not like the sixth thing which was truly labor and hard.

The dragon will really be chained because the vast majority of humanity will be good Catholics and try to live the gospel as best as they can. Then, we know that they will fall away at the end because they will get antsy and they will stop confirming their children. Then the Antichrist will arrive in the great apostasy the Great tribulation the martyrdom of the church and then Christ will come the second time .

 
THE FIVE AGES BEFORE CHRIST

This also explains the five ages before the Christ to some extent.

THE SIMILAR WAY OF THE SAINT FOR THE HEBREW PEOPLE

Setting aside the first two ages that will be dealt with the momentarily, we can argue the Hebrew people beginning with Egypt also went through the three ages of the same. Egypt is pagan Rome, the prophets who illumin the Jewish people on the law and their persistent resistance as desolations constitutes the illuminative way.

The time when the Jewish apostasy against the Old law was supreme just before the exile was The dark night of the soul for the good Hebrews and the prophets.

The exile was like the chastisement of today that will come but t through it he Hebrew people repented, and they rendered their hearts back to God and then they ultimately returned to the holy Land and rebuild the Temple and their society. Historians say that the Jewish people had a renewed relationship with God and we’re more faithful. For example when Alexander came and tried to enforce hellenism upon them or else face death, they said no and because of their great courage Alexander allowed them to keep their religion while nevertheless under pagan jurisdiction. They were later described as persons who were philosophical reasonable and just.

The maccabian struggle then represents the martyrdom for the Hebrew people in which in which the persecutions of the Antichrist figure antiochus fourth epiphanies exercised brutal torture and death unless they abandon their faith. We consider this when we enter the phase of Church calendar where we contemplate the second coming of Jesus in addition to his first coming and one of the scriptures attending to this is the maccabian struggle where the brothers are burned alive on the grid because they were not partake of the unclean food or pork. 
This is a perfect anti-type of what will exist at the end of the world when the Antichrist will viciously persecute the church and attempt to torture and kill it off unless persons accept the secular godlessness that he will try to impose on humanity universally.

 
THE FIRST TWO UNIVERSAL AGES BEFORE THE JEWS

So then what about the first two ages. In short this is the two lies of the Fall digested and then chastised with light. The first lie of the Fall is to have no faith in God and to have no love of God because the first reason we exist is to know God and to love him which is faith and repentance. Faith and repentance are the dispositions of baptism, and this is what happened to the world right after the fall, the world became nearly totally wicked and they scoffed at the one revelation of God which was the coming flood so God baptized the world and started over.

The other lie of the Fall is to turn away from being happy with God in the next life and this happiness will really be a heavenly marriage according to apocalypse the marriage between Christ and the church. This heavenly marriage will consist of unfathomable and infinite Ecstasy of Truth Grace mystery love and life. But when humanity does not care about knowing and loving god, they will surely only live for this world and that is rejecting the heavenly marriage with the Creator in exchange for a figurative fornicating with the creation or materialism, blasphemous pursuit of glorious worldly Wonder Utopia utterly divorced from God and exalting the human race and it’s accomplishments above God and in place of God. This can be called the anti-apocalyptic marital disposition or blasphemous materialism.

God’s response is to disrupt the so-called Universal Utopia and wonder through the confounding of communication, and to call one small underdog people to be his bride which is Abraham and his children. A spiritual marriage. 
These then are the first two great ages that affect all of humanity.  And after the light of God’s marriage to Abraham and his children, this is a certain light in which he gives Revelation and Grace to them. Then after this we are back to Egypt and then the Hebrew people themselves once again walked the way in the saint.

THE ULTIMATE RESOLUTION, THE 8TH DAY THE SABBATH THAT WILL NEVER END!!

And after the Jewish people are martyred in the maccabees, it is time to enter a new dispensation which is the first coming of Christ, the 5th great light of human history, and hence why five great ages precede the first coming of Christ, just as after three great ages for the church, the Christ will come the second time and that then also because there are five plus three, eternity is not the seventh phase, which is rather the coming age of peace for us, but rather the 8th day which is the second coming public judgment and the new creation Sabbath that will never end.
