Who are you fostering?

As Catholics we are called to come together and form a congregation. By building eachother up, we can become better than if we were on our own. Recently a friend and mentor asked me who I am fostering? He said that we should all be fostering at least 3 people. By fostering, he meant helping someone along on their journey of faith. To me this is a great question. I have been blessed by having many people foster me in life so why woulnt I try to help others? We should all strive to foster the faith jounrey of those around us but we must also remember to foster does not mean to force. If someone wants your guidence give it, if not let them carry on their way until they are ready.
