Is there a mention anywhere in the Catholic Bible where either Jesus or one of His Apostles speaks about guardian Angels for ALL of His creation?

The Catholic Bible does mention a guardian angel in the Catholic bible Luke:42 pertaining when an angel came to minister to Jesus. However, the Catholic Church believes that each one of us is assigned a guardian angel by God to watch over and protect us. While this is not substantiated in the Catholic Bible, the Catholic Church teaches that we all have a guardian angel as well. There is a third perspective that comes to us from

So let us dive in and review what Father Ron Rolheiser of the Diocese of Baton Rouge tells us on this subject, and a theologian whom I find to be providing the most credible and acceptable answer regarding whether we all have a guardian angel.

From the Roman Catholic Diocese of Baton Rouge, we hear from Father Ron Rolheiser on this subject (dated October 22, 2021). Father Ron’s talk on this subject is rather lengthy, and I will include a bit of his writing along with his conclusion for your contemplation. Father Ron speaks about how, as a child, he was taught that we all have a guardian angel who travels with us to watch over and protect us. Father Rolheiser’s mom once gave him a card picturing a young boy playing dangerously close to a high cliff with his guardian angel beside him, watching and protecting him. Father goes on to say, “Do personified spirits really exist, or are guardian angels simply creatures of our imagination created to be helpful in the development of children? Are we meant to outgrow our belief in them? Most Christians today, according to Father Rolheiser, whether a true existence or a pious fantasy, are indifferent to their true existence.

Father tells us Scripture does not provide a definitive answer, but suggests the question may be answered either way. There has been controversy within the Church over Bible verses that seem to provide clear proof that we do have guardian angels, while others believe this is not true. Father’s final word regarding guardian angels is one in which I agree wholeheartedly. Father reminds us, saying, “Who is right? Where do we stand? Father concludes, saying, “Yes, we do have a guardian angel, irrespective of how we might imagine or conceive this concept. God is closer to us than we are to ourselves, and God’s solicitous love, guidance, and protection are always with us. At the end of the day, it matters little whether this comes through a particular personified spirit, such as a guardian angel, or whether it comes simply through God’s omnipresence. God’s presence is real = and we are never alone, without God’s love, guidance, and protection.”  I like that, and it works for me.
