Let's talk about love

     Our world, our conversations, our media, should talk more about Love instead of dwelling on doom and disaster. How is anyone supposed to promote Love if we don't hear more about all the Love that is truly dwelling all around us?. It's out there you know. But we are blinded by all the devastation and what seems to be hopelessness by the news and ultimately our struggled to just maintain life. We are getting tired. By the days end, we are worn out. That's how the devil likes to keep us. Have you ever noticed how every exercise, whether it be in physical or spiritual use, always starts with deep breathing? Why? Because it not only gets our bodies, but our minds to relax and think of the task at hand. "Take a few deep breaths",  the instructor will say. It is a preparation. A step in focusing on your life, that's truly needing to be focused on. That time out, to survive those deep thoughts, which in itself can be a strenuous exercise. 

     Meditation on Joy, Love, Peace, Goodness, and yes even breathing, will promote a light that is contagious. We need to talk about Love and the contagious Love that God has for us and has always had. We can do it, because we were created out of Love, so we all possess it within us. But the layers of life, sometimes keep it hidden in the closet of our hearts. The dust settles and somehow it's hard to find. But it still is there. Do a little spring cleaning and you will find it's been there all along. 

     We must be the first ones to initiate. If everyone thought first about the good of Love, our world would be much brighter, much happier, more restrained from judgment and dismay. Love removes disillusionment of hopelessness. Take the opportunity to smile and hold out your arms to an embrace, just like how Jesus opened His arms to embrace us on the cross. The true sign of Love. The predator of our hearts awaits a return of the Love He gives us. Every day, every moment, as He stands at the doors of our hearts. With no other question asked other than,"are you willing to love me back?". Let us return with the answer, "yes Lord, I'm ready to love".
