God, Abraham, and without Allah

Entities that make the world stand up and take notice.  God, to whom we are created after in his image and likeness; in which we must believe or subsist in eternity without any hope.  

Abraham, to whom we should adhere to his faith when God called him and sent him as one who was willing to sacrifice his only son at God’s request.  The very first sign of God’s eternal mercy to forgive us who decided to follow false gods.  

Allah, the god that Islamics follow but without any sign of forgiveness from a Son who is not real in their way of worship with forgiveness.  As Christians we have the Son of God who loves us so much that he assumed humanity so as to understand and prove that he does indeed understand what we are made of and prove that he is the same, except for sin.  Those who follow Allah have no one to stand in for their sins.  We have Christ and without him we would be on our own; won’t work since we are not capable of making sacrifices for ourselves.  

Let us look at the very signs throughout human history that God put before us as exact instances which pointed our imagination to foresee what He had planned for our salvation.  

I will put enmity between you and the woman and between your offspring and hers;  He will strike at your head, while you strike at his heel.  (Gn 3: 15).  The promise of forgiveness through Jesus Christ.

When they came to the place which God had told him, Abraham built an altar there and arranged the wood on it.  Next he tied up his son Issac, and put him on top of the wood on the altar.  Then he reached out and took a knife to slaughter his son.  (Gn 22: 9 - 10).  The very scene we view from John’s Gospel:  So they took Jesus, and carrying the cross himself he went out to what is called the Place of the Skull, in Hebrew, Golgotha.  There they crucified him.  (Jn 19: 16 - 18).

They shall take some of the blood and apply it to the two doorposts and the lintel of every house in which they partake of the lamb.  (Ex 12: 7).  A perfect example of what the Sacred Blood of Jesus would be as the cross that held his Sacred Body; the doorposts, and the lintel, the cross member to which his hands were nailed upon.  The blood becomes our Eucharist during his Passion.

During a battle against Amalek Moses stood on top of the hill with the staff of God in my hand.  So Joshua did as Moses told him: he engaged Amalek in battle after Moses had climbed to the top of the hill with Aaron and Hur.  As long as Moses kept his hands raised up, Israel had the better of the fight, but when he let his hands rest, Amalek had the better of the fight.  Moses’ hands however, grew tired; so they put a rock in place for him to sit on.  Meanwhile Aaron and Hur supported his hands , one on one side and the other on the other, so that his hands remained steady until sunset.  (Ex 17: 10 - 12).  A perfect symbol of the Cross and as long Jesus hung there our sins were forgiven.

These are just some of the previews that are printed in Sacred Scripture.  Upon every one of these symbolic designs lie the very predictions of what almighty God had already prescribed as a warning, a sign, and an everlasting promise that without his Son, Jesus Christ, there can be no salvation.  No other god or suggestion of one that is not part of the Holy Trinity can ever be the only assured manner of eternal life with the only God who is “I AM.”
